The audited consolidated financial statements of Caribbean Mercantile Bank N.V. (‘the Bank’) for the year ended 31 December 2023 have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The policies used have been consistently applied by the Bank and its subsidiaries and are consistent, in all material respects, with those used in the previous year.
