What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Contact BankCard Customer Services within 24 hours to report your lost or stolen card through the following telephone Numbers:

During office hours from Monday to Friday:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT – 4) 297-522 3000

In the US toll free: 1-800-782-3201

Before calling, please have the following information at hand:
  • Exact name of cardholder as it appears on the card
  • Telephone number abroad where the customer can be reached ( Cell or Hotel number)
  • Card number or checking account number (if available)
  • Home address (billing address)
